Mineral wool + floating screed

The classic construction: marine stone wool slabs as the insulating core, a reinforced mineral screed floating on top. Robust and widely certified — and the heaviest of the four families.

Lightweight insulating screed

A pumpable low-density screed provides the fire insulation itself, topped by a thin load-distribution layer. Substantially less mass — the family that dominates refits and weight-critical newbuilds.

Prefabricated panel systems

Factory-made floor panels laid on insulation or bedding — fast, dry installation with predictable build height, at the cost of less flexibility around penetrations and complex deck geometry.

Visco-elastic damped build-ups
