Product Range Guide

Tarkett iD Inspiration Range

Tarkett iD Inspiration is a commercial LVT range built around one design bank and several installation formats: glue-down tiles and planks in three duty levels (30, 55 and High Traffic 70), rigid Click Solid floating floors, an adhesive-free Loose-Lay line — and an IMO-certified Marine version for ship interiors.

The numbers are the wear layer in hundredths of a millimetre: 0.30, 0.55 or 0.70 mm. Pick the duty level from the traffic, the format from the installation constraints — this page compares all seven lines side by side.

Which iD Inspiration to Choose

Pick the wear layer from the traffic level, then the format from the installation constraints.

Glue-Down 30 / 55 / High Traffic 70

  • Best for: large open areas, rolling loads, the highest-traffic zones
  • Duty: 30 = light commercial (class 31) · 55 = general commercial (33/42) · 70 = heavy commercial (34/43)
  • Notes: the largest colour banks of the range — around 100 designs in 55 and High Traffic 70

Click Solid 30 / 55 & Click HT 70

  • Best for: fast refurbishments, occupied buildings, tenants’ fit-outs
  • Build: rigid 5.0 mm floating construction, no adhesive
  • Notes: reversible and re-usable; Click HT 70 carries the heavy-commercial 0.7 mm wear layer

Loose-Lay

  • Best for: raised-access floors and quick plank-by-plank replacement
  • Build: 4.5 mm planks laid without click or full adhesive
  • Notes: minimal downtime — lift and relay single planks in service

iD Inspiration Marine

  • Best for: cabins, corridors and public areas on SOLAS vessels
  • Build: IMO-certified glue-down LVT, wheelmark documentation supplied
  • Notes: see our IMO-certified marine LVT guide for the certification background

Technical & Compliance

What the whole range has in common — the properties a specifier checks first.

  • Fire class Bfl‑s1

EN 13501-1 rated across the commercial lines for escape routes and public buildings.

  • Wear layers 0.3–0.7 mm

Three duty levels sharing one design bank — mix zones without mixing designs.

  • Formats: tile & plank

Wood-look planks and stone-look tiles in every duty level; modular replacement keeps maintenance local.

  • Underfloor heating

Approved over water-based underfloor heating across the range.

  • Low-emission

Phthalate-free plasticiser technology and low TVOC emissions across current production.

  • IMO option

iD Inspiration Marine carries wheelmark approval for SOLAS vessel interiors.

iD Inspiration — Frequently Asked Questions

What buyers and specifiers ask when shortlisting the iD Inspiration range.

01

What is Tarkett iD Inspiration?

+

Tarkett iD Inspiration is a commercial LVT (luxury vinyl tile) range built around one design bank and several installation formats: glue-down tiles and planks in three duty levels (30, 55 and High Traffic 70), rigid Click Solid floating floors, an adhesive-free Loose-Lay line and an IMO-certified Marine version. All lines are Bfl‑s1 fire rated.

02

What do the numbers 30, 55 and 70 mean?

+

They are the wear-layer thickness in hundredths of a millimetre: iD Inspiration 30 has a 0.30 mm wear layer (light commercial, EN 685 class 31), 55 has 0.55 mm (general commercial, class 33/42) and High Traffic 70 has 0.70 mm (heavy commercial, class 34/43). The higher the number, the harder the traffic the floor is rated for.

03

When should I choose Click Solid instead of glue-down?

+

Choose the rigid Click Solid lines (5.0 mm, 0.30 or 0.55 mm wear layer) when speed and reversibility matter more than the strongest possible bond: refurbishments over sound existing floors, occupied buildings, tenants’ fit-outs. Choose glue-down 55 or High Traffic 70 for large open areas, rolling loads and the highest-traffic zones.

04

Is there a marine version of iD Inspiration?

+

Yes — iD Inspiration Marine, an IMO-certified LVT for ship interiors carrying wheelmark approval for use on SOLAS vessels. It brings the same wood and stone designs to cabins, corridors and public areas on board.

05

How do I get iD Inspiration pricing and samples?

+

Trivaro supplies the full iD Inspiration range B2B across the EU. Send the line, colourways and area (m²) — we respond with a quotation, lead times and samples on request. Most lines are supplied on request with project lead times confirmed at quotation.
