SikaCor ZP Primer

SikaCor ZP Primer is a two-component polyurethane primer with active corrosion-protection pigments and low solvent content, designed for steel protection in marine applications and particularly suited to Sikafloor Marine systems. In Sika marine deck build-ups it is the tie coat required on aluminium or zinc-rich shop-primed decks before Sikafloor Marine Primer C and the self-levelling deck mortars. It cures fast even at low temperatures, is tough-elastic yet non-brittle, and can be overcoated with PU coatings after 3 hours or EP coatings after 12 hours at +20 °C. Theoretical consumption is about 0.195 kg/m² at 80 µm dry film thickness. Apply by airless spray, brush or roller. Colour tinted red. Supplied as a 12.5 kg set (A 11.5 kg + B 1 kg).
