Sikafloor Marine-109

Sikafloor Marine-109 is a one-component, lightweight, self-levelling primary deck covering based on polymer-modified cement, used on interior steel decks to level the surface before the final covering: ceramic or natural stone tiles, parquet, PVC, rubber, textile coverings or reaction-resin coatings. Cured density is only 0.9 kg/l, keeping deck weight down at layer thicknesses of 3–50 mm. It suits wet and dry accommodation areas, except galleys and sculleries. The deck is primed with Sikafloor Marine Primer C; aluminium or zinc-rich shop-primed decks first need a SikaCor ZP Primer tie coat. Each 15 kg bag is mixed with 6 litres of water and covers 16.7 m² at 1 mm; walkable after about 3 hours. Tested according to the FTP Code and approved under the IMO Marine Equipment Directive. Supplied by Trivaro.
