Who Our Installation Service Is For

Our flooring installation service is designed for professionals who need a reliable, qualified partner to deliver turnkey flooring projects — on time and to specification.

Construction Companies & General Contractors

When your project demands a flooring partner who can execute the full scope — from subfloor preparation to final finish — without the coordination overhead of managing separate trades.

Shipyards & Marine Outfitters

Installation of complete marine flooring systems: subfloor preparation, resin deck systems, and IMO/MED-approved final coverings. We work within shipyard schedules and understand the unique demands of vessel environments.

Architects & Interior Designers

A technical partner who translates your design specification into a precisely executed floor — no improvisation, no substitutions. We follow manufacturer guidelines and respect your material choices.

Property Owners & Facility Managers

Professional flooring installation for offices, hotels, retail spaces, educational facilities, and premium residential properties. From single-room renovations to full building refurbishments.

What We Install

Trivaro's installation teams are certified to work with both technical subfloor systems and final floor coverings. This dual capability means one team manages the complete flooring stack — from structural deck to the surface you walk on.

Each subfloor system is selected and installed according to the specific requirements of your project — whether that means meeting IMO/MED certification standards for a cruise ship or achieving acoustic ratings for a hotel.

Subfloors & Technical Systems

Our certified teams install technical subfloor systems that form the foundation of every high-performance floor. These systems are critical in marine, offshore, and demanding commercial environments.

  • Marine Subfloor Installation

Lightweight, fire-rated deck systems for passenger vessels, ferries, and offshore platforms.

  • Resin Deck Systems

Seamless, chemical-resistant flooring for technical and industrial areas.

  • A-60 Fire-Rated Systems

Steel deck insulation and fire barrier systems meeting IMO requirements.

  • Acoustic Subfloor Systems

Impact sound reduction underlays for multi-storey commercial and residential buildings.

  • Levelling Compounds

Substrate preparation and self-levelling screeds for uneven or damaged subfloors.

Final Floor Coverings

Once the subfloor is prepared, our teams install the final surface layer. We work with all major flooring types available in the Trivaro catalog.

Why Choose Trivaro for Installation

When Trivaro supplies the materials and performs the installation, there is a single point of accountability for the entire flooring system. No finger-pointing between supplier and installer.

  • Certified Installation Teams

Crews trained and certified on specific systems — including Tarkett-accredited installers, marine resin specialists, and A-60 system technicians.

  • One Point of Responsibility

Single accountability for the entire flooring system — supply, preparation, and installation. If something needs attention, we own it.

  • Compliance & Standards

Full documentation: substrate moisture readings, adhesive batch records, installation sign-off reports. IMO, A-60, and local building code compliance.

  • Technical Systems Knowledge

Understanding of subfloor–adhesive–surface interaction prevents failures: delamination, telegraphing, and moisture-related issues.

  • Planning & Deadline Management

Detailed work schedules aligned with your construction timeline, shipyard schedule, or refurbishment plan. We respect deadlines.

  • Quality & Warranty

Workmanship warranty covering adhesion, seams, pattern alignment. Complete preparation protocols — moisture testing, primer, acclimatisation.

How Our Installation Process Works

From first contact to final handover, our installation process is designed for transparency, precision, and zero surprises.

Step 1 — Assessment & Planning

We review your floor plans, drawings, or specifications. For complex projects, we conduct an on-site survey or vessel inspection. We assess substrate condition, measure moisture levels, confirm access logistics, and identify preparation work needed.

Step 2 — System Selection & Scheduling

Based on the assessment, we recommend a complete system: subfloor, adhesive, and final covering. We confirm quantities, agree on the schedule, and outline additional services. You receive a fixed-price proposal with no hidden costs.

Step 3 — Installation & Handover

Our certified installers execute the work according to manufacturer specifications. Upon completion, we conduct a joint walk-through inspection, provide maintenance instructions, and hand over all documentation.

Where We Work

Our installation teams work across three core sectors, each with specific technical requirements and certification standards. We operate primarily across Scandinavia and Northern Europe, with project capability across the EU.

  • Marine & Offshore

Passenger ships, ferries, cruise vessels, and offshore platforms — full marine flooring systems with IMO/MED compliance.

  • Commercial & Public

Hotels, offices, retail, healthcare, and educational facilities — commercial flooring designed for heavy traffic and easy maintenance.

  • Residential

Premium apartments, villas, and residential developments — engineered wood, LVT, and designer carpet.

  • Geography

Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Poland. Selected projects EU-wide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our flooring installation services — from coverage areas and material requirements to warranties and project coordination.

Do you only install materials supplied by Trivaro?

+

We primarily install products from the Trivaro range, as this allows us to guarantee system compatibility and provide full warranty coverage. However, we can also install customer-supplied materials on a case-by-case basis — provided the products meet our quality and specification requirements.

In which countries do you perform installations?

+

Our core installation area covers Scandinavia and the Baltic states — Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Latvia, and Lithuania. We also take on selected projects across the EU, particularly marine installations at European shipyards. Contact us to discuss your project location.

Do you handle old flooring removal and substrate preparation?

+

Yes. Our service includes complete preparation: removal of existing floor coverings, substrate assessment, moisture testing, levelling compound application, and primer treatment. Proper preparation is critical for installation longevity, so we never skip this step.

Can your team work alongside our other subcontractors on site?

+

Absolutely. We regularly coordinate with general contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other trades on both construction sites and vessels. Our project manager handles scheduling and interface management to minimise disruption.

What warranties do you provide on installation work?

+

All installations carry a workmanship warranty that covers adhesion quality, seam integrity, pattern alignment, and substrate preparation. The warranty period depends on the project scope and flooring type. Material warranties are provided separately by the manufacturer through Trivaro's supply agreement.
